The Classroom-Conference Room log cabin’s walls, rafters and roof joists are all made of Ghulam wood, which ensures significantly higher stability, durability and excludes twisted or bended beams that may occur with normal wood, especially in long lengths. This twisting is common in normal timbers, when the weather is very hot for a period and then suddenly wet and vice versa. It is not too much of a problem in smaller garden buildings, but a room of this size and function needs the consistency and resilience Ghulam timber offers. Moreover, this premium class timber cabin features our very best double-glazed (tempered safety glass) doors and windows for superb thermal performance, extra thick 28 mm floor boards, strengthening metal rods in walls and extra thick 94 mm impregnated foundation beams. Windows are equipped with German made tilt and turn systems, while all exterior doors have German made multi-lock systems. Together with our optional roof and floor insulation kits and a heating system, this high quality log cabin can be used all year round as a classroom, nursery, conference room, gym, restaurant, pub or a large showroom.
