The Elias is a beautiful combination of a garden room and a veranda, both approximately 3 x 3 m in size. Wall-high and 1m wide wall panels make assembly significantly easier and faster. All wall panels have 58 mm thick frame, 21 mm wall boards and glazing fitted by the factory. The standard cabin kit includes four 90mm thick corner posts, 90 mm thick foundation beams, 21 mm floor and roof boards as well as roof structure and all the metal fixings. The kit comes with single glazing in doors and windows.
