As one of our final projects of 2025, we completed the installation of a 26 m² customized garden room for our customers near Marbella, on the Costa del Sol.
The cabin was based on our popular Model F, with only minor modifications to better suit the customer’s needs. These included repositioning the windows from the left side wall to the right side wall, as well as adding an additional high window on that side to maximize the stunning mountain views from inside the cabin.
To ensure comfortable year-round use, the customer chose both roof and floor insulation kits, along with grey bitumen roofing shingles for durability and a clean, modern finish.
The production and delivery of the cabin took approximately six weeks from the order date. During this time, the customer prepared a solid and durable base for the cabin using concrete blocks and cement. This type of foundation is ideal for garden buildings of any size and is also one of the most economical solutions. For a 26 m² cabin, the materials for this kind of base can typically be purchased for €300–€400, and the base can be completed within two to three days. It also offers great flexibility, as it can be plastered and painted or finished with wooden cladding, depending on personal taste.
The full cabin assembly — including the installation of roof and floor insulation and fitting of the roofing material — was completed by our team in just three days.
The end result is a beautiful and versatile garden room, which the customer plans to use as a studio and office, as well as a spare sleeping room for visiting family and friends.
