In cooperation with experienced architects, we can assist you in determining whether the cabin model you’re interested in can be legally built on your property and whether it requires planning permission from your local town hall.
A report will be prepared by a qualified technician after consulting the relevant Town Hall, and studying both local and regional planning regulations (as applicable). The outcome of the report may be either positive or negative.
The report is charged per property. It includes on-site visits within the Community of Madrid and neighboring provinces. If a visit is required in more distant provinces or regions, additional travel expenses will apply.
If the report concludes that it is necessary to apply for an activity, construction, or urban planning permit from the relevant Town Hall in order to build the specified cabin model, the qualified technician will prepare a customized quote based on your specific needs.
The cost for this preliminary assessment is €650 (VAT included).
