Here are some photos and details of a slightly modified garden room, “Golf 4,” which we built in the garden of a beachfront holiday villa in beautiful Elviria, Marbella, for a family from England.
We completed the entire project within eight weeks from the date of order, including design modifications, production, delivery, and assembly.
Upon receiving the order, we made a few adjustments to the cabin based on our customer’s preferences. These included minor modifications to the doors and windows, as well as a slight adjustment to the cabin’s height. Other than that, we produced and built our standard 70mm garden room, incorporating all our high-quality features:
Additionally, the client opted for roof and floor insulation, self-adhesive roofing felt, and wood preservatives for both the interior and exterior surfaces.
Our assembly team completed the cabin installation and painting within just four days. Once our part of the project was finished, a golf simulator company took over, installing a complete golf simulator system and covering the floor with artificial grass.
The cabin has now been in use for several months, and our client is extremely satisfied. In fact, the garden room has proven to be more versatile than expected, serving not only as a golf simulator room but also as a multi-purpose space for the entire family.
