Casetas De Jardín 24 – Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

At Casetas De Jardín 24, we guarantee that all our wooden structures comply with the agreed specifications at the time of delivery and are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery.

This warranty applies exclusively to the structural wooden components of the cabin or garden building, including walls, beams, flooring, and load‑bearing elements.

The warranty covers the replacement or resupply of wooden parts that fail due to a proven manufacturing or material defect. Replacement parts will be supplied and delivered to the original delivery address.

The warranty does not cover:

• Non‑structural components such as locks, non‑structural metal fittings, windows, doors, glass, or decorative accessories.
• Installation, dismantling or labour costs related to replacing parts.
• Indirect costs or consequential damages resulting from a defect.

This warranty is provided without prejudice to the customer’s statutory rights under applicable law.

2. Conditions and Exclusions

The warranty does not apply to:

• Natural characteristics of wood such as colour variations, small cracks, shrinkage, expansion, or warping that do not affect structural integrity.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper foundations, uneven surfaces, or base deficiencies.
• Modifications or alterations not authorised by Casetas De Jardín 24.
• Misuse, negligence, accidents, vandalism, or lack of maintenance.
• Damage caused by prolonged exposure to moisture due to insufficient ventilation or inadequate protective treatment.

3. Wood Treatment and Maintenance

After assembling the wooden garden building, it must be treated within a maximum of 4 weeks after assembly with a deep penetrating wood preservative, followed by a minimum of two topcoats using an appropriate wood protector. All external areas of your cabin, including under veranda roofs, eaves, and the inside of all doors and windows, as well as the frames, must be treated.

It is a condition of the warranty that this is completed within 4 weeks of the assembly completion.

Regular maintenance is essential to extend the lifespan of your wooden cabin and preserve warranty coverage.

4. How to Make a Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Order number or invoice number
• Detailed description of the defect
• Clear photographs of the affected area

5. Additional Conditions

• This warranty is personal and non‑transferable, and applies only to the original purchaser and the original delivery location.
• The warranty does not cover products that have been assembled, relocated, or reused at a different address.
• Casetas De Jardín 24 does not reimburse expenses from third‑party work without prior written approval.
