Large Garden Room “Chiringuito de Jardín” Built in Marbella, Costa del Sol

Another exciting option is transforming your garden space into a chiringuito, perfect for hosting parties, gatherings, or simply enjoying time with friends and family over a meal.

Here, we’re excited to share photos and details of one of our latest projects in Marbella – a garden party room, or so called chiringuito de jardín, adding a touch of Spanish charm to outdoor living.

This project was based on our popular garden room model, “Rebeka,” which we modified according to the customer’s wishes.

The four most noticeable changes we made to the original cabin were:

• Increased the height of the building to create a more spacious feel inside.
• Extended the depth of the cabin.
• Added 8 windows to the back wall to further brighten the interior.
• Installed wood cladding on all exterior walls to conceal electrical wiring, ventilation tubes, and plumbing.

With these modifications to our „Rebeka“ model, we built a garden party space for our customer that stands over 3 meters tall and covers nearly 50 square meters, offering plenty of natural light.

This garden room project was completed in the following stages:

• A concrete pad was laid, and drainage, water pipes, and electrical cables were installed from the central fuse box. This phase was completed within three days, using a local building company for the groundwork.
• Our assembly team erected the wooden structure, and installed roof, floor, and wall insulation, along with wooden cladding on the interior walls. This part of the project was finished in four days.
• After assembly, we applied wood preservatives and a primer to the entire cabin for protection and durability.
• The cabin was fully painted, both inside and out, to create a polished finish.
• Wiring, installation of sockets, air-conditioning, and other electrical works were carried out to complete the utilities.
• The cabin floor was tiled to provide a clean and modern look.
• Finally, the furniture was installed to complete the garden room.

As a result, our customer now enjoys a modern, light-filled “chiringuito” in their backyard—perfect for celebrating birthdays, hosting garden parties, and organizing dinners with family and friends in the garden.
