We recently wrapped up a beautiful custom garden room project for a family in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. The design was inspired by our popular Linda model, but with a few modifications to perfectly match the customer’s needs.
The final structure measures 3 x 8 meters, featuring a bright and airy 3 x 6 meter garden room with plenty of glass to let natural light pour in, and a 2 x 3 meter storage room—ideal for keeping garden tools and furniture safe and dry during the winter months.
Built with 44 mm thick walls and double-glazed windows and doors, the cabin offers great insulation and comfort throughout the year. We also added extra insulation to the roof and floor for better thermal efficiency. The roof is covered with grey bitumen shingles, and the exterior is finished in Remmers HK Lasur Rustic Oak, giving it a warm and natural look that blends beautifully into the garden.
From start to finish, the whole process took around two months. This included creating and approving the custom plans, manufacturing and delivering all materials within six weeks, and completing the on-site installation—including insulation, roofing, and painting—within just three days.
