We recently completed an exciting custom garden room project in Majadahonda, Madrid. The structure measures 3 x 7 meters and was designed as a multifunctional garden lounge located next to the client’s swimming pool. It includes a comfortable lounge area, a golf simulator, and a home cinema.
This bespoke garden room is based on our popular Golf 5 model, with a customized enhancement—an additional sliding door. In total, the cabin features three nearly 3-meter-wide sliding doors, maximizing natural light and providing expansive views of the garden and pool area.
Crafted to premium standards, the garden room showcases a modern design with 70 mm thick wall planks reinforced with metal rods for exceptional structural stability and longevity.
The cabin was treated with Remmers HK Lasur wood preservative in the elegant Stone Pine Larch color. To ensure year-round usability, we installed both floor and roof insulation.
The full assembly of the cabin was completed in just four days.
