Based on our standard garden log cabin, the “Garden Golf Simulator Room Cabin 3”, we manufactured and installed a personalized cabin for a customer in Madrid. This custom cabin was made larger than the standard model.
In addition to practicing golf in this garden building, our customer wanted to create extra space for a small sitting area for relaxing and socializing. Therefore, we extended the cabin width by two meters, resulting in a 4 x 8 meter cabin with the original 4-meter height to meet the requirements for unencumbered golf swings.
As with any bespoke cabin project, we first gathered all the details of the desired cabin from our customer. Based on this information, we prepared a non-binding quote for the project. Once the quote was accepted and we proceeded with the project, the first step was to prepare the cabin plans and send them to the customer for approval.
After the cabin plans were approved, we began production of the cabin kit, which took three weeks. During this period, our customer contracted a local building company to build the concrete pad according to our cabin plans and to carry out the electrical work.
Once the cabin kit was produced, we delivered it along with the extras our customer had added. In addition to the cabin kit, we supplied a roof and floor insulation kit and wood preservatives for the exterior and interior. The customer provided their own PVC roof tiles.
Finally, our assembly team completed all the work. Within three full days, they built the cabin, installed the roof and floor insulation kit, painted the cabin, and installed the roof tiles.
This is how our bespoke cabin projects work. If you have a log cabin project you want to carry out, get in touch with us. We would be happy to answer your questions and provide you with a non-binding quote.
