Earlier this year, we completed an exciting project for Hotel Meli\u00e1 Isla Canela: a 60m\u00b2 log cabin designed to serve as a kids’ daycare center and playroom. This project was a collaboration with the construction company Baunova, responsible for the hotel’s full refurbishment, with our timber cabin being a significant highlight.<\/p>\n

Custom Design and Manufacturing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This custom-made log cabin was meticulously designed and manufactured according to the client\u2019s specific requirements. Upon receiving the project description and preliminary plans, we prepared a detailed quote, encompassing the cabin kit, thermal insulation, roofing, wood protectors, as well as our installation and painting services.<\/p>\n

Efficient Production and Installation Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Once our quote was accepted, we swiftly prepared the cabin plans, which were reviewed and approved by the client within three days. Production began immediately, and within three weeks, the complete kit was delivered to the building site. Concurrently, the building company prepared the ground, constructed the concrete slab, and set up electricity, drainage, and water supply systems.<\/p>\n

Our skilled assembly team completed the entire setup, including painting, within one week. This included assembling the log cabin kit, installing thermal insulation and roofing material, and painting the cabin both inside and out.<\/p>\n

A Beautiful and Functional Space<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The end result is a beautifully painted 60m\u00b2 timber cabin with robust 70mm walls, double-glazed doors and windows, and an insulated roof and floor. This design ensures year-round usability with minimal energy costs for heating and cooling.<\/p>\n

For the past three months, the cabin has been a vibrant daycare center for the hotel\u2019s youngest guests. Parents can confidently leave their children to enjoy fun and games with their peers while they relax by the pool or on the beach. The hotel’s staff ensures the children are well-cared for, providing parents with peace of mind.<\/p>\n
