Replacement parts will be supplied and delivered to the original delivery address.<\/p>\n<p>The warranty does <strong>not<\/strong> cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Non\u2011structural components such as locks, non\u2011structural metal fittings, windows, doors, glass, or decorative accessories.<\/li>\n<li>Installation, dismantling or labour costs related to replacing parts.<\/li>\n<li>Indirect costs or consequential damages resulting from a defect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This warranty is provided <strong>without prejudice to the customer\u2019s statutory rights<\/strong> under applicable law.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Conditions and Exclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The warranty does not apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natural characteristics of wood such as colour variations, small cracks, shrinkage, expansion, or warping that do not affect structural integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper foundations, uneven surfaces, or base deficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Modifications or alterations not authorised by Casetas De Jard\u00edn 24.<\/li>\n<li>Misuse, negligence, accidents, vandalism, or lack of maintenance.<\/li>\n<li>Damage caused by prolonged exposure to moisture due to insufficient ventilation or inadequate protective treatment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h2><strong> Wood Treatment and Maintenance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><!--StartFragment --><\/p>\n<p>After assembling the wooden garden building, it must be treated <strong>within a maximum of 4 weeks after assembly<\/strong> with a deep penetrating wood preservative, followed by a minimum of two topcoats using an appropriate wood protector.
