The Elias XL features a garden room and spacious veranda with wall-high and 1 m wide wall panels for easier and faster assembly. All wall panels have 58 mm thick frame, 21 mm wall boards and glazing. The standard cabin kit comes with four 90mm thick corner posts, 90 mm thick foundation beams, 21 mm floor and roof boards as well as roof structure and all the metal fixings. Standard kit features single glazing in doors and windows.
